This Privacy Policy is part of the overall Terms & Conditions regarding usage of SweNav's GPS-navigation Applications ("the Applications") offered on www.swenav.com ("the Website"), a website maintained and owned by Izaxon AB ("Izaxon") a Swedish limited liability company.

Izaxon is committed to safeguarding the privacy of users of the Website including the Applications offered. Any (personally identifiable) data collected by Izaxon through the Website, the Applications, or otherwise, may be used to provide our services to you and for internal business purposes of Izaxon only. As a user of the Website and the Applications you agree with the processing of these data by Izaxon. Your (personally identifiable) data will only be communicated to third parties in case of authorized law enforcement investigations, for other purposes laid down in laws, or if permission has been obtained. Any email submitted to Izaxon will be treated confidentially.
