1. General Conditions I
a) Izaxon AB ("Izaxon") is a Swedish limited liability company that through its website www.swenav.com ("the Website") offers software applications for GPS-navigation ("the Applications”).
b) This Terms & Conditions constitutes the use of the Website and the Products and so, this
Terms & Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Izaxon and govern your use of the Website and the Applications.
c) Izaxon reserves the right to periodically update and change this Terms & Conditions without further notice. Violation of any of the terms
stated out below will result in immediate termination of your account and/or licenses including potential legal action.
2. General Conditions II
a) Technical support is only available via email and online forum correspondence.
b) You understand that Izaxon uses third party hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, storage, and related technology required to maintain the Website.
c) You are strictly forbidden to “hack” the Website or the Applications or in any other mean cause damages to the Website or the Applications.
d) Izaxon may at any time, remove any data and/or accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening,
and obscene or otherwise violates any other third parties’ intellectual property.
3. Account information
a) At registration, you must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process.
b) The Application licenses authorizes only one person to use each Application and therefore a single login shared by a group of people is strictly forbidden.
Accounts registered by "web robots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
c) You must note that all personally identifiable information submitted by you shall be subject to Izaxon’s
Privacy Policy.
d) You shall not use the Website or the Applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Website and the Applications, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including
but not limited to copyright laws.
4. Disclaimer
a) Izaxon’s Website and Applications is provided on an "As Is" basis which means your use of the Website and the Applications is at your own sole risk at any time.
b) Izaxon does not warrant that:
i. the Website and the Applications will meet your specific requirements,
ii. that Website and the Applications may be uninterrupted, fully secure or error-free,
iii. results obtained from usage of the Website and the Applications will be accurate or reliable,
iv. errors in the Website and the Applications will be corrected.
c) By accepting this Terms & Conditions, you expressly agree that Izaxon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or exemplary damages,
including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from any usage of the Website and the Applications at any time.
5. Miscellaneous
a) Izaxon reserves the right to refuse access to the Website and the Applications to anyone for any reason at any time.
6. Copyright Law and Legal Ownership
a) Izaxon does not claim any intellectual property rights over the information you may provide to the Website and the Applications.
Any data and materials potentially uploaded by you remain yours.
b) The Website and the Applications, their design and features are fully and legally owned by Izaxon AB. All copyright rights reserved.
You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion
of the web design, visual or scripting, including concepts without legal permission.
7. Governing law
a) All potential legal matters arising from or related to the use of the Website and the Applications shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
